The “Foundations Program” meets and exceeds the educational standards set forth by the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA). Corie is versed in the blending of and applications of over 25 different therapeutic essential oils.

Certified Reiki I & Reiki II Practitioner - Corie completed the Whole Life Center “Reiki I and Reiki II Program.” Her training is acknowledged by The International Center for Reiki Training. She is attuned in these programs and has studied under two different Reiki Masters to enhance her knowledge and energy healing techniques.


One-on-One Life and Health Coaching

As a Certified Health, Life and Soul Coach, I will help you listen to your intuitive knowing about your life. I will guide you and help you move forward and support your dreams and goals with your career and in your personal life. I will teach you intuitive eating habits and guide you through making lasting, daily life and lifestyle choices and changes. We will work on mindfulness and creativity. I will help you establish the structure and routine you need in order to progress towards your goals. Adjusting your familiar habits that are not serving you will have a major impact on your overall life-patterns and health and wellbeing for the rest of your life.

I will be there every step of the way for guidance and accountability, two important components in empowering you to make this journey a success. Weekly meetings with me, via Zoom, will motivate you and will hold you accountable for goals you set and the life and the decisions you make. I will support you in a way that is non-judgmental, honest, encouraging, motivating and most of all fun.

Our sessions together will prompt internal reflection and will allow you to enhance positive thoughts and embrace self-compassion! As part of my dedication to you as your coach, I will assist you in setting goals and exploring the direction you need to take for ultimate happiness and overall wellbeing. We will dissect and discuss road blocks you repeatedly encounter, say goodbye to old habits, manage stress, create meaningful goals, learn ways to make your transformation an enjoyable experience. And of course, I will coach and direct you along the way, motivate you and celebrate your successes with you!
